Fading In The Polls?

I have read many posts across the blogosphere over the past few days talking up some fade in the polls that Sen Obama is supposedly experiencing. But when I look at the trend lines on sites like Pollster....



...the trend line appears to be headed up to me. How about you? This shows once again how poor we are at understanding trends intuitively. Obama is doing just fine in the polling so far. The McCain campaign is justifiably panicking. So would you if the only critique of you opponent you had in a popularity contest is that he is too popular.
